  • Credit Card Required

    Our system will require a credit card to guarantee your appointment. Nothing will be charged to you card except in the case of a no call no show or a cancellation that is outside of the 24 hour cancellation window.

  • Deposits

    A deposit is required for some services and for all new clients. A invoice will be sent via email. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where an error has been made on our end.

  • Cancellation

    All apointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the actual appointment time. No call no show appointments will be accessed a fee equal to 100% of the service total. In addition, appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice and/or a no calls no show will be accessed a fee equal to 50% of the service total.

  • No Call No Show

    Any client that does not show up to their appointment without cancelling or rescheduling with in the 24 hour period will be considered a No Call No Show. A fee equal to the cost of the booked service will be due immediately.

  • After Hours Fee

    Appointments are available outside of business hours. An after hours fee will be charged for the convenience of a custom appointment times.

  • Late Policy

    A $15 late fee will be added after 15 minutes and any clients more than 30 minutes late will be rescheduled.

  • Covid-19

    If you are feeling ill please cancel your appointment. Mask are optional.

  • Extra Guest

    No extra guest while being serviced. No children allowed unless being serviced.

  • Refunds

    We have a no refund policy however we will do our absolute best to ensure you are happy with our services.
